Answer:

Pick two (1 and 2) and turn them on. Do not touch switch 3.  Wait a minute and turn #2 off.  Run upstairs.  If the light is on it is switch 1.  If the light if off, but the bulb is warm it is switch 2.  If the light is off and cold it is switch 3.
