It's time to get busy!
First, I take the laminated block and mark the chords according to the calculator. I use 10 stations. Some people just draw a straight line from smallest to largest; I, on the other hand, follow the theoretical curve up until the width gets too big. I interpolate in order to get it to the maximum width near the root.
Here is the cut after using the jigsaw. Again, you can use a bandsaw, or whatever works for you.
Next, it is time for some chainsaw action!
